Check the warning signs
It is rarely just one
Wasps can become defensive when a nest is disturbed. Spraying the entrance or blocking it can send agitated wasps looking for another way out, sometimes through the house.
We identify the species, trace flight paths to the nest and choose a targeted treatment for its location. If anyone has trouble breathing or signs of a severe allergic reaction after a sting, call 000 immediately.
Common signs

Know the problem
We identify the pest, find where it is living and choose the treatment that suits your property.
We distinguish European wasps, paper wasps and bees before treatment, because the right response is not the same.
Treatment is applied to the nest or entry point using registered products and a method suited to eaves, walls or ground nests.
We assess doors, paths, pets and play areas so people can keep clear while the nest is handled.
Simple steps around bins, fallen fruit, food and likely nesting spots to make the property less attractive.
Our process
We do not just spray and leave. We find the source, treat it properly and help stop it coming back.

Tell us where the activity is and whether the nest is near an entrance, child or pet area.

We confirm wasps rather than bees, find the nest and use a controlled treatment suited to the location.

We explain what to expect after treatment and when the nest or entry area can be approached safely.
Straight answers
Do not disturb an active nest, especially near an entrance or in a wall. Wasps can sting repeatedly and may defend the nest in numbers. Keep people and pets away and call for advice.
Wasps usually have a smooth, narrow body and can look bright yellow and black. Honeybees are hairier and browner. Send a photo from a safe distance or let us identify them before any treatment.
If there is difficulty breathing, swelling of the tongue or throat, collapse or another sign of anaphylaxis, use an adrenaline injector if available and call 000 immediately.
A treated colony should stop, but new queens may choose another spot later. Removing food sources and checking sheltered nesting areas helps reduce the chance of a new nest.
